Grow Louisiana Coalition Responds to SCOTUS Decision on Chevron vs. Plaquemines Parish

After the U.S. Supreme Court announced its decision in the case of Chevron v. Plaquemines Parish, the Grow Louisiana Coalition’s Executive Director Marc Ehrhardt made the following statement:

“Ten years of trial lawyer attacks against our state’s number one economic driver hit the end of the road today. These lawsuits have cost Louisiana billions, killed jobs and padded trial lawyers’ pockets. Enough is enough. Stop these lawsuits.”
